Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a fluid, dynamic and varied style of yoga that incorporates elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa (the most physical and intense style of yoga), and works with fun sequences of challenging, vigorous and powerful asanas (postures) to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Pure fun and we offer different levels in this style!


Hatha yoga is a style that strengthens the body and mind, and also strengthens the capacity for equanimity and to listen to the wisdom of our body. It is a way to explore the potential of the connection between body, mind and universal consciousness. A good style to familiarize yourself with the basics of the practice.

Soft Awakening Vinyasa

This class is suitable for all levels. incorporate breathing practices and a gentle but energizing practice to start your day with energy ... we move, breathe and stimulate the whole body, you will see that this class gives you more energy and clarity than a cup of coffee!


Yin yoga is a style where we work the deepest levels of the body and mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, joints and bones and the energy channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. It can be considered a more passive style since we maintain the postures for a longer time, however, it is worked in an extremely deep way. A style where we focus on the more meditative aspects of the practice.

Mix Flow

Mix Flow is a combination of 2 or more styles in the same practice. In this case, we combine Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Yin yoga is a static and passive style, and is composed of poses that are maintained in a relaxed way for 3 to 5 minutes. Combining these two styles of yoga we work the opposite energies of Yin (soft, receptive) and Yang (active, dynamic).

Therapeutic + Prenatal

This class is designed to meet your needs. based on deep knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, to adapt the practice according to the physical characteristics of the practitioner with the aim of balancing the body and mind in small groups to be able to work individually. Suitable for PreNatal, postNatal and people with any pathological or Biomechanical need.
